MERCY

In addition to Missions efforts, Redeemer is committed to following Christ in mercy. Our members are committed to demonstrating gospel love to the needy in local foster care ministry and food pantry service, as well as abroad through Mercy Ships - a faith-based organization deploying medical professionals on hospital ships to give free healthcare to the poorest countries.


MISSIONS

The Lord Jesus, risen with all authority, commissioned His disciples to fill the world with disciples. And He defined discipleship as learning with other believers to obey all He commanded. Christ’s church, then, is at the center of Christ’s mission. In addition to carrying out this disciple-making mandate in our community, we happily cooperate with the following Great Commission ministries:

  • BRMA

    The Brazos River Ministers Association is a fellowship of pastors meeting quarterly to encourage one another in faithful ministry to the region.

  • Mercy Ships is a faith-based organization deploying medical professionals on hospital ships to give free healthcare to the poorest countries.

  • The Charles Simeon Trust equips the next generation of Bible expositors.

    We partner with a family who is equipping the Chinese church in Malaysia to reach Malay Muslims with the gospel.
